In teams of 2. Alternate working minutes with partner but score is individual total reps.

10s Transition between minutes
May go in any order but everyone rests 3mins at same time (after completing each movement once)

1) Max Calorie Row
2) Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
3) Burpee OTB
4) Shoulder 2 Overhead (135/95)
5) Rest (3mins total rest)
