About Our WODs
We always post the workout of the day (WOD) the day before so you know what to be prepared for (if you choose to look). Remember, this is a custom written program that is put together (specifically for our RAthletes) to increase your lean muscle mass, decrease body fat, and increase your overall general conditioning. In order for this program to work, you must come in as often as possible, do NOT just pick the workouts you like (we call that cherry-picking) if you want to reap the full benefits of the program! Chances are if you don’t want to do it, it’s the one you need to be doing!
If you’re nervous about a workout, or it involves skills you can’t do, please remember that our Coaches are there to help you scale it to a version that you can not only handle, but will help you develop the necessary strength and skills to eventually complete those movements ‘as Rx’ (aka without any modifications).
Logging Your WODs & Tracking Your Results
Part of what makes our program so much more than just a bootcamp or spin class is that you can track your results! Every workout will have a score – that may be a weight, a time, or total rounds! Keeping track of these numbers is very important, as it’s what will help you track your results and set new PRs (aka personal records).
