If you’re on 3x/week membership and you want to take part in the open with us without using up a session… Complete your CrossFit Judges course and stick around and judge (minimum) 1 other member that morning (before or after you complete yours) then we won’t count your Saturday (open) workout as one of your 3 sessions! On the 1st and the 15th of every month, everything in the lost and found will be pulled out and put on display (or have pictures taken). You’ve got 24 hours to claim what’s yours (or have someone else grab it for you) before it goes to the dump/homeless/donations.
This round we’ve got a LOT of towels that will be going to the fire hall if unclaimed, a variety of T-shirts etc. If you see yours, claim it, if you see one you like? Might as well claim it too… same goes for water bottles!
New Raincity Schedule
The new schedule is in full effect this week. Take a look at raincityathletics.ca/schedule for all the details!
There is NO 7AM class anymore, it is now at 9am
There are 4/5/6/7/8pm classes on Mon&Wed, 4/5/6/7 Tues&Thurs
Yoga is now 8:15pm on Tuesday

You said it, and we’re listening! If you haven’t filled out our survey yet it’s not too late! Ask a fellow RAthlete or e-mail info @ raincityathletics.ca for the link! (or check the FB group)
We will slowly be shifting towards a new warmup structure. In order for this to work RAthletes have to be ON TIME. The first 5 minutes of every class will be ‘general warmup’ still which is your ONLY leeway time. If you are more than 5 minutes late (meaning dressed and on the workout floor) you will do 5 burpees/every minute you’re late (think of it as a variation on the general warmup).
