June 8 – Extended 6 week Program

Our first program included in our extended membership will be focusing on Muscle ups & hspu skill work, barbell cycling work (finishing with an ‘Isabelle’ WOD) as well as additional comp style WODs.

Here’s the schedule/outline for the next 6 weeks.

Early Week – Mon AM or Tues PM work

Additional Muscle Up skill work
Additional barbell cycling work

Late Week – Wed AM or Thurs PM work
