What: “The CrossFit Squamish Fall Challenge is a two day event, with day one (Saturday) dedicated to individuals and day two (Sunday) teams of 1 guy & 1 girl. Each day contains three workouts, with both indoor and outdoor components.
Who: People who are “comfortable getting uncomfortable” & ideally have at least a couple CrossFit competitions under their belt. The workouts contain many of the standard “CrossFit Movements” but there is usually at least one or two movements/pieces of equipment some CrossFitters may not be familiar with (e.g. prowler pushes, weighted pullups etc)
