Saturday midday workouts are tailored to new members who have not yet completed our OnRamp Program. All movements will have scaled or alternate options to ensure that everyone can take part! We guarantee there will be no heavy lifting in our Beginners’ Saturday classes. We’ll explain the concepts and background of CrossFit and why it’s different from your typical boot camp or spin class, and then we’ll warm you up and put you through a little WOD (workout of the day) so you can get a taste for it!
If you’re interested in joining us, contact us with the full name and e-mail address of anyone who would like to attend, or fill out the form below to reserve your spot at this week’s class! You MUST register for a class ahead of time (below) to ensure yourself a spot (registration opens 48 hours prior to the class). You are welcome to just show up but we cannot guarantee room in the class for you. If you have previously registered but cannot make it please let us know (via e-mail)!
