About

Ronan joined Raincity as a member when he moved to Vancouver from Ireland in 2023. He has experience as both a personal trainer, S&C group coach and athlete development with Soccer and Rugby teams.

Despite his experience in these styles of training, he fell in love with Functional Fitness and is passionate about coaching the many different movements involved.

Ronan has also played Soccer at both University and Club level back home and is always up for a chat about “Footie”!
