CrossFit group classes are the ‘bread and butter’ (#notpaleo) at Raincity Athletics. We offer a supportive community and environment with educated coaches that guarantee results like you didn’t know you were capable of.
The group classes allow the attention when you need it (when lifting or doing technical movements) without the price tag of a personal trainer! It also guarantees you don’t have to workout alone, or wonder if you’re doing the right thing.
Our group classes follow a program designed in house specifically for the needs of our members. Our goal is to increase your work capacity. This includes everything from your mobility & strength, to cardio & power.
We will treat you like an athlete no matter what level you’re at, because you deserve to be taken care of. We do a proper warmup, some mobility or foam rolling, movement reviews & lifting followed by a WOD (workout of the day). Our program and workouts vary from day to day to keep things interesting, but still follow a program so you can be confident you’ll get the best return on your effort.
